Low-carb - Quick and Easy Sauteed Chicken

4 chicken breasts--boneless, skinned (4 oz. each)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 in thickness.*
Combine paprika, thyme, garlic salt and red pepper and rub all over chicken, all sides.
Heat oil in large, nonstick pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook 4-5 mintues per side.  Chicken should no longer be pink in middle.
Serve by pouring any juices left in the pan over the chicken.
Makes 4 servings

*It might be easier to pound the chicken if you put it between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap.
Per serving:  1 gram carbohydrate (147 calories per serving)
