Cake - Rhubarb Cake

Cream:
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1 egg

Add:
1 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk (or soured milk)
2 c. flour
2 c. rhubarb

Cinnamon and Sugar (same mixture used on toast--about a teaspoon of cinnamon to a half cup of sugar, or to your taste)

Mix well and pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar until top is covered.

Bake at 350* for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
